This unique hands on workshop will look in detail at the anatomy of the hip and pelvic muscles and how advanced techniques such as trigger point, fascial work and stretching can help address common complaints such as low back pain, SI joint problems, arthritis of the hip, sciatica, groin strain and sporting injuries. The workshop will also examine common postural presentations such as anterior and posterior pelvic tilt & how these relate to pain complaints. Appropriate for all levels **(bring towels + oil please)
