Encouraging client compliance is the cornerstone of good healthcare practice. Thus, essential to designing and implementing successful interventions is understanding how underpinning mechanisms drive and sustain behaviour change. This workshop is aimed at introducing CAM colleagues to the COM-B model of behaviour change and demonstrating how to apply it in practice.
