The workshop will focus on recognition and management of breathing disorders that lead to respiratory alkalosis – which is linked to disturbed autonomic balance, gut, musculoskeletal and circulatory function, affecting pain thresholds, motor control, core stability and balance, as well as emotional lability. Safe rehabilitation methods will be discussed in detail.
