Tracey originally joined the AoR on a part-time basis to increase understanding and acceptance of reflexology through research. However she now works nearly full-time for the Association whilst also running her small private reflexology practice. Moving reflexology forwards through the understanding and dissemination of research is very important to her. Tracey is a regular speaker at conferences and has written reflexology articles and published scientific papers.

Ruth was the winner of the Camexpo Outstanding Achievement Award for the Industry in 2014. Her book ‘A Hands On Guide to Myofascial Release’ published through Human Kinetics was also released in May of the same year.
Ruth specialises in myofascial release approaches and has been in clinical practice for 15 years.
Her myofascial training includes the work of John F. Barnes, Thomas Myers and Erik Dalton. Through her training and extensive experience, Ruth has developed an integration of valuable fascial and connective tissue approaches and functional fascial rehabilitation and self care modalities.
She is the owner of Myofascial Release UK (MFR UK) and has been teaching MFR to healthcare professionals in the UK and internationally for over 10 years.

Linda is a graduate of the Scottish School of Physical Education, Jordanhill College, Glasgow and has maintained a life long interest in sport, exercise and fitness.
A keen hockey player and athlete, Linda represented Scotland at hockey at under 21 level and competed for a number of years for Fife Athletic Club and Jordanhill College specialising in the javelin, shot putt and discus. She first qualified in massage therapy in 2000 and has been a massage provider for the Scottish Institute of Sport since 2004. Linda provides soft tissue therapy for Judo Scotland and Hibernian Football club. Linda suffered a significant back injury in the 1980s, which affected her own sporting participation and prompted her interest in bodywork.
