You have invested into the show and now is the time to shout about the fact you’ll be there!
Below is a checklist of 10 things that you will need to do over the coming weeks to promote yourself at camexpo - please print this email and add the dates to your diary.

Make all of your contacts aware that you will be exhibiting at camexpo and invite them to register, at a reduced rate, by using this graphic online, in emails and on print adverts and mailings.When your invited contact inserts the priority code camx292, they will be able to attend camexpo for £6.50 saving £13.50.
We have produced different sizes for your website - but if you need anything in particular, please do get in touch and we’ll see what we do!
2. Order free visitor tickets and visitor brochures - Deadline - ONE WEEK - Tuesday 22nd July
As an exhibitor, you have access to visitor tickets and visitor brochures to send to your contacts. Include these in invoices, scheduled mailings, sales visits, in reception areas and at events etc. Tickets: (A6, double sided fliers including reduced entry code)
If you order 3000+ tickets by 23rd July, we will overprint your company logo FREE OF CHARGE. If you decide not to take advantage of the offer of 3000+ tickets before 23rd July, you have until the 19th September to order.
Brochures: (A5, 8 page brochure including timetables and reduced entry code) You can order visitor brochures to mail out and these include the workshop listings, seminar timetables. Order these by 23rd July. Complete the form in the exhibitor manual here Find it: Click ‘Order forms and checklist’ >> Scroll to the bottom >> Fill in form P1- Tickets and visitor brochures.
3. Email out your registration link to visitors - Deadline - ASAP
You can invite your customers and potential customers to see you at camexpo via email as a cost effective method of getting visitors to your stand. Use the link below in emails, on your website and at the bottom of emails. By using this system you are able to track how effective your campaign has been.When inviting your customers ask them to insert the priority code camx292 to receive reduced entry of £6.50, saving £13.50.

Find it: Click ‘Order Forms and checklist’ >> Top ‘Things you must do’ >> Click ‘badges and passes >> Click order passes and see the ‘registrations’ tab for the details of these registering through your link.
4. Tell your contacts via your Facebook groups, Twitter and LinkedIn groups
Tell all your contacts via your Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn groups that you are exhibiting at the Show and anything we see mentioning camexpo, we will re-tweet and re-post. In Twitter use @camexpo or #cam2013
Shout about the special offers you may have on, your stand number and invite them to see you at the Show. Here’s some copy that you can cut and paste into your Twitter feed as well as Facebook and LinkedIn - remember to include your stand number on future posts!

5. Download the camexpo logo - Deadline ASAP
Add this logo to your email signatures, in print and online along with your stand number.
6. The Big Deal Voucher Booklet - Deadline: 22nd August
The Big Deal Voucher Book is available to every visitor to camexpo. Inclusion into the voucher book is free and will attract retailers and CAM buyers to your stand. Your entry will include your logo, an image, the saving and the offer detail.
7. The Retailers Wanted List - Deadline: 23rd August If you are looking for new retailers for your products or services at camexpo, joining the Retailers Wanted programme is certainly part of the solution - here are the FREE benefits:

Notification by email of your details to visitors registered as retailers

8. Show Guide Entry - Deadline: 23rd August
The Showguide is given free of charge to all visitors to camexpo. Make sure your company is part of it by submitting a 70 description of your company and your contact details. This guide is kept by visitors as a supplier directory so make sure you are part of it. This entry will also go online where visitors will be able to plan their day.
You can upgrade your entry for £105 which will include 120 words of text, colour logo and full contact details. This will be replicated online and include a link to your website.
9. Get involved in the camexpo awards! The Cam Clinic Of The Year Award can be bestowed on a clinic that had made a truly outstanding contribution to the Natural Therapy Industry. Judged by a group of industry professionals, the award will be presented at camexpo. Encourage your contacts to enter and invite them to attend at the same time.
The Outstanding Achievement Awardis open to anyone within the industry who has gone above and beyond. If you feel you should be up for the award, start your campaign now as a complimentary marketing campaign. If you feel that an individual other than yourself deserves to win, such as an employee or contact, start a campaign to gain votes whilst promoting your presence at camexpo!
Nominations for each award need to be made online so please include the web address www.camexpo.co.uk/awards on your promotions for entry details and submission.
Deadline for entries: 4th September.
10. FREE PR OPPORTUNITIES- Deadline - NOW until the Show
Take advantage of the following highly effective and FREE PR opportunities and please pass on to your PR company if applicable:
Show Highlights Press Releases - Deadline - NOW until Monday 19th August Email the show’s PR Manager at [email protected] with 40-50 words of editorial text on the new products and services you will be exhibiting. Please note, to be included in this opportunity, your text must discuss new products/services/re-launches etc or new company developments (general marketing/sales text will not be considered). This information will be incorporated into editorial for a number of press releases to be sent out to key media prior to the show (they will also posted to the show website and several key PR websites), so do try to submit your text for inclusion as soon as possible.
Online Exhibitor Press Releases- Deadline - NOW until 2nd October The camexpo website attracts high press/visitor traffic in the lead up to the show so why not bring greater prominence to your brand and highlight your presence at the show via our Exhibitor Press Releases page. Simply submit your press release(s) in word format to: [email protected]. (If you’d also like to include a single image to accompany it, please send that as a jpg rather than embedded within the text.) Please note, all exhibitor press release text will be presented “as is”, so please do try to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided.
Prepare a Press Pack: Attending journalists often make the camexpo Press Office their first port of call, so it’s definitely worth including recent press information/packs here. Many health and wellbeing writers attend the show year after year to get the ‘scoop’ on all the latest new products hitting the market, so to get the best possible coverage for your launch (or changes to your product range) do try to ensure that you have a pre-prepared Press Release ready for the show (a handy guide on how to write a press release and what to include in your Press Pack is available in your online manual).
