CThA Rest & Relaxation Zone

Co-hosted by the CThA, the Rest & Relaxation Zone is the place to go to take the weight off your feet and spend 15 minutes relaxing away from the busy show floor.

In the Rest & Relaxation Zone you will be able to choose from a range of short, non-intrusive tasters to take your stress and tension away; all performed by highly skilled CThA Members. Tasters include:

• Hand & arm massage
• Foot massage
• Neck & shoulder massage
• Reiki
• Touch Pro

All treatments are complimentary but there is a suggested donation of £5 toward the Haven Charity and all donations will be matched by the CThA at the close of the Show. The Haven Charity is based in Fulham and supports women with breast cancer by offering a wide range of emotional, physical and practical support which including over 40 complementary therapies, counselling, nutritional advice, exercise classes, financial advice and support groups.

Visit the Rest & Relaxation Zone (stand 1428) and make your appointment. You will need to pay in cash for your treatment at the time of booking - cash points are located opposite the venue.
