Sally Earlam
A qualified reflexologist for 15 years and an experienced reflexology tutor. Sally currently works for the AoR as their training and education co-coordinator and is the author of their guides for hand reflexology and supporting maternity. Also an elected member of the Profession Specific Board for CNHC, and Board member for the Reflexology in Europe Network.
Rachel Fairweather
Rachel is the Co-Director and Founder of the Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training and has been teaching and practising massage for over 20 years. After qualifying in the UK, she gained an associate degree in advanced massage at the New York College for Holistic Health and Education, gaining awards for both academic and clinical excellence. She has trained extensively in Eastern and Western bodywork including medical massage, craniosacral, myofascial, structural integration (KMI) trigger point therapy, Thai massage, Amma therapy, Sports massage, visceral manipulation, and neuromuscular techniques. Rachel writes regularly for several massage and complementary health magazines including Choice Health and Wellbeing, Massage World, Aromatherapy Times and Holistic therapist. She is a sought after guest lecturer for several institutions including Mctimmoney Chiropractic College, CPDO (centre for professional development of osteopaths), the FHT , British Fascial Symposium and the International Dermal Institute. She has also been the recipient for 2 years running of the CAM expo award for outstanding achievement in her field. Together with Meghan Mari, Rachel is co-author of a book on advanced massage techniques to be published next year with HandSpring publishing. Rachel continues to travel the world researching the most effective techniques to share with her students and clients. In addition, Rachel continues to treat clients in pain at the Jing Pain Clinic in Brighton.

Cameron Reid
Cameron Reid read Human Biology at the University of Surrey graduating in 1982. He spent a year studying Ergonomics at the Technical Institute Zurich, with Prof E Grandjean MD. He won a scholarship to study Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy, London, qualifying in 1986 and spent 2 years as a clinical tutor in the BSO clinic. Tracey Smith is the Reflexology and Research Manager at the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) www.aor.org.uk. Tracey holds a BSc (Hons) in Immunology; she is a Fellow of the Association of Reflexologists and a practising reflexologist.Tracey originally joined the AoR on a part-time basis to increase understanding and acceptance of reflexology through research. However she now works nearly full-time for the Association whilst also running her small private reflexology practise. Moving reflexology forwards through the understanding and dissemination of research is very important to her.
