Systematic Kinesiology
Systematic Kinesiology is a complete form of natural health care that uses muscle testing to read the energetic bio feedback system from our bodies to find where health issues stem from, where imbalances/energy drains are and what particular stresses are affecting you. We then correct those imbalances using specialised lymphatic massage, nutrition, electrical balancing and emotional work.
Kinesiology is beneficial for everyone and usually people feel the difference from the first session. We look at people as a whole, not just the parts that are not functioning as well as one would like. Kinesiologists look beyond the symptoms to find the root cause/s, when found and fully addressed, the imbalance is able to clear and we may then prevent the problem from returning.
With Kinesiology we are always looking for the underlying problems that create the symptoms. Symptoms are your friend, they are the ‘ALERTS’ that let you know of imbalances that need addressing. Ignoring symptoms is crazy……. and then we take medication to stop the symptoms? It would be like your oil light coming on in your car and you saying ‘this light is really annoying me every day so I am going to stick some tape over it so I do not see it anymore’.
Within Kinesiology we are often looking at one of the most ignored however one of the most important systems to our health & well being, our endocrine system. The endocrine system is the ‘core engine’ that runs our bodies sending hormonal messages to control/regulate function. These ductless glands control our metabolism, our energy, our reactions to stress and also emotions like worry, depression, “nerviness”, and anxiety, these glands need specific lymphatic, energetic and nutritional feeding to restore their balance. Kinesiology can pinpoint the Endocrine glands that need specific balancing and support.
In this fast paced world, most people are exhausting their nervous system and endocrine glands. How do we do this?
Emotionally:
Unrelenting stresses, pressures from work, deadlines, finances, arguments/disagreements, family, children, past or present trauma’s (a dangerous/perceived dangerous situation that we felt unable to run away from or feeling our life was endangered) or just ‘juggling life’ or even feeling there are not enough hours in the day for all you need to do.
Chemically:
The water we drink (or not), the food we eat, food sensitivities/allergies, fast/empty foods, eating on the run, chemicals in the food/drink chain, smoking, medication, supplements, recreational drugs, alcohol, carbonated/sweet drinks.
Physically:
The exercise we do (or not), being sedentary, the way we sit, rest and relaxation, sleeping positions, our muscles, ligaments, tendons, bone density/health.
Energetically:
Our meridian energy pathways (energy connected to every organ an acupuncturist also works on this system) chakras, auras the electromagnetic radiation output from computers, cell phones, microwaves, pylons, phone masts etc bombarding us EVERY day with harmful rays that we are usually unaware of and the damage they are doing.
Put all this together and we can begin to understand just how much stress our bodies are under daily, if we do not do enough to support ourselves then we can and frequently do run into problems. The whole digestive tract is another subject with huge importance to many many health symptoms and conditions starting with chewing right down to the Ileo Caecal and Houston intestinal Valves and the large intestines through to elimination. This too is affected by the above 4 realms of health (as everything is) often with incredibly unpleasant symptoms that may not even seen related to the digestive tract at all.
Although Kinesiology is extremely effective with addressing any current health problems, having regular Kinesiology sessions when you are feeling ‘well’ is then true preventative health care which is preferable to ‘cure’. This is because we are able to detect sub-clinical issues and imbalances before symptoms arise therefore the truly preventative health benefits of Kinesiology are felt with a greater sense of well-being.
Systematic Kinesiology is non-invasive, drug free and enormously empowering. Although a complete stand alone therapy, it may also be integrated with other modalities.
We train Homeopaths, Nutritionists, Aromatherapists (these professionals find muscle testing invaluable for testing remedies, nutrition and oils) Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Personal Trainers (invaluable improving strength and for locating the priority muscle/s causing the problem to fix the symptoms which may be somewhere completely different) by adding Muscle testing and Kinesiology into their practice, the guess work may be taken out of their own field.
To find out more go to our website to view an introduction to muscle testing.
I look forward to meeting some of you at the camexpo in September, TASK is on stand 1316 and will be offering taster treatments for you to personally experience and feel the balancing effects from Kinesiology.
